Reservation Policies

Conditions for children. Free! 2 children up to 11 years old sharing the parents’ room. The rate does not include the price of breakfast for children, except in packages that include this service.

OPERATING CONDITIONS:

  1. Reservation policy: The client can make the reservation through our website, email or by phone and it is confirmed by a confirmation key sent by email. The reservation is fully guaranteed when a credit card number is provided for the full value of the first night of stay.
  2. Collection and billing policy. Payment is always made at the hotel using the procedure called direct payment. For this reason, the credit card will not be invoiced when the reservation is made online. The online credit card number request is used simply as a guarantee in your reservation and in case of no-show at the hotel the first night’s stay will be charged. Full payment for the reservation is made upon registering at the hotel. If the guest wishes to extend their stay, availability will be verified and in the absence of rooms, the guest will vacate the Hotel room according to the initial reservation agreed. The final price of the reservation made corresponds to the total number of people and nights requesting a stay and the total number of services that appear on the reservation page recorded by the client at the same time of making it. It includes the applicable supplements and those fees and taxes that are levied on the services provided. The price does not include in any case the services that have not been contracted or the additional services not indicated at the time of booking.
  3. Cancellation policy. Cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary according to the type of room, special dates and seasons. Except for fees for cancellations or modifications, online reservations are not billed because they are paid directly at the hotel.
  4. No Show Policy (No Show) If the client does not appear at the hotel without having made a cancellation or prior notification, Hotel Romano Palace will invoice the amount corresponding to the first night for the number of people included in the reservation and will be considered canceled the rest of the nights included in the reservation, without the right to make any claim. In the case of cancellations with less than 24 HOURS in advance of the day of arrival or in the case of no-show, the deposit of the reservation is not refundable.
  5. The Romano Palace Hotel reserves the right to make reservation cancellations as long as they are caused by reasons beyond the company motivated by third parties such as earthquakes, natural disasters, demonstrations, strikes. The client expresses compliance with the terms and conditions when making a reservation.
  6. Changes: any change to your reservation must be requested directly to tel 744 484 7730 with a minimum anticipation of 24 hours in low season and 72 hours before the arrival date in high season. All changes are subject to confirmation by the hotel; This cancellation policy does not apply in case of group reservations.
  7. General: (A) The room rate with breakfast included only applies to adults and breakfast for children under 11 is not included. The type of breakfast service may vary according to the day or season. (B) Credit card number is requested only as a guarantee of the reservation.
